Before clicking “I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” area you should read carefully about our policies then accept and agree to be clear by these online shopping T&C’s, These are the policies which change time to time, don’t worry we will notify you through our newsletter. Nothing will be affect your legal rights, either as a customer or otherwise.

Delivery
We are basically serving deliveries within the UAE. Right now focusing to deliver products within the UAE, Iran and other GCC locations. If you want to access outside the UAE then you are responsible to follow the local laws of that location.

 

 Returns Policy
You may return damaged or incorrect item, within 5 days of delivery, which case we will fix the damage or send you another new piece . We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Incorrect Item
If we sent an incorrect item then call our customer service number(00971-4-4340397 or mail us on sales@ismartwheels.com as soon as possible, though we will arrange the pickup or cancel the order. OR If you want to replace the item in to correct item them let us know we will do it in priority.

Cancellation
To Cancel a placed order, you may contact our customer service number(00971-4-4340397 or mail us on sales@ismartwheels.com as soon as possible. If the product is already dispatched, you cannot cancel the
particular  order.

Payment for the orders
We are accepting almost two payment methods i.e., Pay Tabs, and Cash on Delivery and Western Union. We accept major credit cards i.e., Visa, MasterCard
